Mini Beast Fun (Family Event for SEND children)

Families with SEND children ONLY are invited to join The Greensand Trust for an August morning in our woodland glade. There will be a free flow approach to the afternoon allowing families to go at their own pace and try a variety of activities in a safe space. Activities will include minibeast hunting and a craft activity.

Please come prepared for whatever the weather:

• Suggested age limit: 5+
• Numbers are extremely limited so booking essential – please book one place per SEND child (accompanying adults and siblings do not require a ticket)
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• No dogs please.
• The activity takes place away from surfaced paths and away from the visitor centre toilet facilities.
• Long trousers and trainers are recommended for minibeast hunting in long grass 
• Please note although this event is free of charge, parking charges at the park will still apply.

We try and cater for all but please be aware the activity takes place away from surfaced paths and a short distance away from the visitor centre toilet facilities.
