May Morning Morris Dancing in Ampthill Great Park

Welcome in summer with Morris Dancing in Ampthill Great Park at sunrise on May 1st.

For many years Golden Hare Morris with friends Hemlock Morris have maintained the tradition of  welcoming summer by dancing at sunrise by Katherine’s Cross.

After about an hour of dancing you are welcome to join us at The Queen’s Head pub to buy beer and breakfast, followed by some more dancing.
