Celebrate the diversity and inclusivity of our town at our first Pride event!

Pride is a celebration that embraces diversity and welcomes everyone. It’s all about fostering love, acceptance, and understanding. It’s a time when people of all backgrounds, genders, and orientations come together to honour the LGBTQ+ community and its rich history.

Whether you identify as LGBTQ+ or an ally, Pride is an opportunity for everyone to stand united. It’s a chance to learn, connect, and celebrate the beauty of our differences. Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels embraced, valued, and free to express their authentic selves.

LB Pride starts from 12 pm to 3 pm at the Charter Market, where you can expect storytelling, street theatre, musical performances, and craft activities before the celebrations continue in the High Street from 5 pm to 9 pm with vibrant stilt walkers, live music and stall holders throughout the evening.
