Training, skills and apprenticeships

Applications are now open for the Greensand Country Landscape Partnership study programme with Shuttleworth College. For more details click here

Greensand Country Landscape Partnership can help to organise and fund training for landowners, workers and volunteers. Our training will help people manage their woodlands and heathlands, and create new corridors and areas for wildlife. We can also help communities get training in heritage and conservation, running events, social media, how to use the local archive service for research, or how to run and manage projects.

We are also running a study programme with Shuttleworth College which will help people without any previous experience train as countryside and heritage workers. Our students will get lots of practical work experience and a proper qualification. Some of the students will go on to do full apprenticeships and hopefully work in Greensand Country for many years to come.
